The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction of Banyuasin Regency Social Service employees. The analytical technique used was simple regression analysis technique with a sample of 42 respondents where based on the results of the partial test it can be seen that job satisfaction was obtained with a significance value, then the hypothesis submitted is accepted. This shows that Organizational Climate has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Banyuasin District Social Service Office. 2) The R value (correlation coefficient number) shows that the close relationship between the Organizational Climate variable (X) and the Employee Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is classified as strong. 3) The value of R2 (R-Square) indicates that the magnitude of the direct influence of Organizational Climate (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y) has a fairly large role. However, there are other variables that were not included in this study.  &#13;
